​Sandwich (2010)

The performance Sandwich was devised to be seen live with audio and audience interaction. It is based on a cook show format, making reference to media frameworks, objectifying and and working towards the perfect being. It is also inspired by French psychoanalyst and theorist Jacques Lacan's concept of the male gaze, or mirror stage, which investigates the libidinal relationship between person and body image.
